Roasted maitaki mushrooms, buttermilk blue cheese, almonds, frisée , balsalmic vinaigrette . Perhaps the best salad I’ve ever had .

The umatilla smash. A prohibition- era style cocktail with palm ridge whiskey, charbay Meyer lemon, muddled spiced pears , and Demerara syrup. It was the best cocktail I’ve ever had .
No pic of the mahi sandwich with Bibb lettuce, and roasted tomato with truffle fries.
